This program focuses on the rules and unspoken "bylaws" for building and sustaining successful teams and partnerships. Regular communication is critical to an effective partnership.  Regularly scheduled team meetings are the most powerful activity your team will participate in to grow your collective business.  Establish those routines that support your team meeting its goals. Many of these best practices can be applied externally with Centers of Influence (COI).
